The China Rising Newsletter was founded in March of 2009 to address the absence
of credible information, analysis and opinion on the potential and perils of
investing in Chinese Equities.
China is the fastest growing major economy on the globe, on its way to becoming
the largest economy in the world over the next two decades. Anyone investing in
equities who is not at least considering allocating part of their portfolio to
China is missing the greatest growth story of our lifetimes.
Yet investing in China is also fraught with risk. Differences in language,
business practices, the role of government and corporate culture can give rise
to misunderstandings, misallocation of capital and mistrust between Chinese
management and institutional and retail investors around the world.
The mission of China Rising is to provide interested investors with the latest
information from Chinese issuers, insight from the most experienced funds and
analysts active in the China space, and news and information you cannot find in
any other English language publication. We hope you also attend our investment
conference, virtual road shows, and other events to provide more n depth
discussions of these topics. To promote the widest possible dialogue China
Rising will always be available for download in both English and Chinese.
