Crocker Coulson / President
Crocker is responsible for the development of investor relations strategies for private and publicly held companies. As President of CCG Investor Relations, CCG Asia (China) and CCGK (Israel), he has been the primary driver of the firm's national and global expansion. He has designed and overseen investor relations campaigns for more than 60 public companies, including numerous IPOs, secondary offerings, acquisitions and proxy contests. Many of the campaigns he has overseen have won top industry awards.
Crocker is a frequent public speaker on subjects relating to investor relations strategy, initial public offerings, reverse mergers, investing in China, disclosure issues and corporate governance. He is regularly quoted in national and local publications on topics related to accounting issues and the capital markets. Crocker served for two years as the co-Chairman of the AeA's Capital Sources conference and for two years as the Chairman of the Investment Capital Conference, hosted by LAVA (Los Angeles Venture Association). He is a board member of both LAVA and the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.
Prior to joining CCG, Crocker served as a writer-researcher for The New Republic magazine in Washington, DC, and wrote for a number of leading publications, including the Los Angeles Times, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and ArtNews. He also produced five independent films, several of which were selected for the Cannes Film Festival and Sundance. Crocker graduated summa cum laude from Yale College, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Daily News. As a Fulbright Scholar, he studied philosophy at the Freie Universitat in Berlin.

Elaine Ketchmere / Partner / VP Financial Writing
Elaine is the VP of the financial writing department and helps craft compelling and consistent investment messages across all lines of shareholder communication. She has over ten years experience in the finance and communications industries. Prior to joining CCG, Elaine worked at William O'Neil + Company, most recently as the Manager of WONDA Client Services. WONDA (William O'Neil Direct Access) is a client-server based equity research tool used by over 200 of the largest domestic and international financial institutions. Prior to that, she worked in William O'Neil + Company's research department as a Senior Research Analyst. She began her career at T. Rowe Price Associates assisting clients with investments in their employer-sponsored retirement plans. She is a CFA Charter holder. Elaine graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in.

Gary Chin / Account Manager
Gary is a Senior Financial Writer/ Equity Analyst for CCG Investor Relations. Prior to joining the firm in August 2007, he was an analyst at Pointe Capital, and a research analyst for Oppenheimer Capital's small-cap product. Previously, he was a generalist at Bay Capital and a special-situation analyst at C.L King & Associates. Gary spent eight years at Oppenheimer & Co. as an associate and small cap analyst. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, cum laude, from University of Southern California.

Mabel Zhang / Vice President / Director of Asia Media Relations
Mabel Zhang is responsible for executing strategic media relations programs for CCG clients and also conducts research on Asian companies for business development outreach. Prior to joining CCG, Mabel was a reporter and editor for Guangxi TV in China covering regional economic, political and metro news. She has working experience with ABC-TV, the Los Angeles Newspaper Group and iMedia Communications, specializing in reporting business and technology news. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Guangxi University in China, and earned a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Southern California. Mabel recently studied finance at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Christopher Moore / Media Relations Specialist
Christopher Moore is responsible for developing
and executing strategic media relations
initiatives for CCG clients in Brazil, China,
Israel and the U.S. Prior to joining CCG he
was the Director of Marketing & Communications
for a nonprofi t victim services agency
in New York, and the Communications Specialist
in the International Center for Ethics,
Justice and Public Life at Brandeis University. With experience as
a journalist and as a public relations professional, Christopher has
a clearly defi ned ability to craft a compelling narrative while maintaining
the highest degree of clarity and accuracy. He received his
Master of Science in Journalism from the School of Communication
at Boston University and his Bachelor of Arts in Slavic & East European
Linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Neil Nie / Senior Account Executive
Neil Nie serves as a Senior Account Executive in CCG Beijing office. He works closely with clients on planning and executing of investor relation programs as well as strategic consulting. Neil is also responsible for CCG business development projects in China region. Prior to joining CCG, he was the head of investment department in Chinacomm Communications Ltd, a basic telecom operator in China. His primary responsibility was to lead the overseas private placement project for the company. During his earlier careers, Neil was involved in various Mergers & Acquisitions projects in logistics, high-technology, and automobile industry. Neil holds an MBA degree and a Master degree in International Finance, both from University of Leeds in the UK. Neil recently passed CFA Level One exam and is a CFA Level Two candidate.

Richard Micchelli /Financial Writer
Rick Micchelli is a fi nancial writer/equity analyst
for CCG Investor Relations. Before joining the
fi rm in May 2008, he was a managing editor
and fund analyst at Standard & Poor’s in New
York, where he spent eight years researching
and analyzing portfolios and the mutual fund
industry. Rick holds a B.A. (honors) from
University of York, England, and a Master’s
from University of London.

Karen Wang / Senior Account Executive
Karen Wang joins CCG Asia as the Shanghai Representative with a focus on U.S. listed clients in Eastern China. Karen joins CCG Asia from the C.P. Group where she was concurrently a manager with Shanghai Suntell Investment and a vice president with Shanghai Sunwise International Trading Co, Ltd. Her many responsibilities included due diligence on acquisitions and joint ventures for the group, as well as managing connections with manufacturers, research institutions and consulting firms. Prior to the C.P Group, Karen worked with the Fudan Management Group as a Consultant. Karen holds both a Masters of Industrial Economics and a Bachelors of International Business Administration from Shanghai's Fudan University.

Rebecca Lei / Financial Analyst
Rebecca Lei joins CCG in Beijing as a Financial Analyst. Before joining CCG, Rebecca worked as a senior investment representative at Toronto-Dominion Bank Financial Group in Canada where she analyzed individual firms and market activities, and assisted high value clients with securities trades. Prior to that, she was an assistant editor in Center for Economic & Technology Research, Beijing. Rebecca graduated from University of Alberta with a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Finance, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. She passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II exam and will proceed to Level III in the near future.

Paula Zhang / Client Services Associate
Paula Zhang joined CCG Asia as an Associate. She provides administration support to Shanghai office. Her responsibilities include: schedule investor meetings, manage e-mail distribution lists, develop targeting lists, draft business proposals for new business prospects and assist with event planning. Prior to joining CCG Asia, Paula was Personal Assistant to Director Health Service Research of Flinders University, Australia. Previously, Paula was also a market coordinator at Worngundidj Aboriginal Co-operation where she was engaged in promoting tourism at Tower Hill National Park Australia with a focus on Asia Pacific Market. Paula graduated from Deakin University, Australia, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Jeanne Wang joined CCG as a Director, Graphic Services. She is responsible for providing CCG clients with creative and strategy services, as well as, generating creative solutions to enhance client success. Prior to joining CCG, Jeanne worked at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Company as an Associate Art Director in Beijing. Jeanne earned her degree in Graphic Design from Art Institute of Beijing. She took Graphic Design courses in Visual Communication major at Kean University in New Jersey, U.S..

Rich Gammill / Managing Director
Black River
Rich Gammill joined Black River in 2007 as
a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager
with a focus on private equity and structured
public equity opportunities. Prior to Black
River, Mr. Gammill was a Managing Director with ARC Investment
Partners, a Los Angeles based merchant bank focused on
fi nancing and assisting small cap public and pre-public companies.
Prior to ARC, Mr. Gammill was a Principal with DynaFund
Ventures, a venture capital fi rm based in Los Angeles with $250
million under management. He began his career as a consultant
with Accenture. Mr. Gammill received an MBA in Finance from
UCLA Anderson School of Management where he was a Venture

Mr. Shoesmith is the leader of the fi rm’s
China Practice and a partner in the
Corporate & Securities practice group. He
has more than 25 years of experience in international business
transactions, representing large multinational corporations and
fi nancial institutions as well as smaller companies and private
venture capital and private equity funds. His practice concentrates
on international corporate transactions, including
corporate fi nance transactions (such as reverse mergers,
PIPEs, and cross-border IPOs); mergers and acquisitions; joint
ventures and strategic alliances; venture capital and private
equity matters; and counseling clients on the expansion of their
international operations. He also has considerable experience
in international securities, corporate reorganizations, inversion
transactions, foreign direct investment and commercial transactions,
intellectual property counseling and contentious matters,
and cross-border labor and employment.
Mr. Shoesmith’s clients have invested or engaged in transactions
for clients throughout the world, including Asia (Hong Kong,

Ms. Siu / Counsel Pillsbury Winthrop
Counsel
Ms. SiuT is counsel in the fi rm’s offi ce in
Shanghai, China. She has extensive
experience in securities and general
corporate law, having practiced for 15
years in the area. She regularly counsels
clients on corporate governance matters and
securities law and SRO compliance, and
has substantial experience in domestic and
cross-border M&A transactions and in organizing start-up
ventures and hedge funds. A signifi cant portion of her current
practice involves assisting companies based in the People’s
Republic of China in “reverse acquisitions” and in U.S. securities
law matters. In addition, she counsels U.S. and international
investors in M&A transactions and other FDI-related matters. |
